Today I was trying to strike up a conversation with the guy sitting next to me in class. Since we were fixing to discuss Karl Marx and communism, I asked him if he'd seen the movie Metropolis, a 1920's silent film all about raging against the machine.
He said, "That was Hitler's favorite movie."
Of course it was.
I said, "Oh, well what can I say, I have good taste!"
And he sai-- oh, my bad. This is the part where I welcome the star of the rest of this conversation, Awkward Silence!
